Can anyone ID this plant for me please?

Sorry for the poor quality photos but can anyone please help me identify these plants (just the three little ones of the same type - not the Nandina)

And also the 'palm tree' type red ones either side of the Photonia?

The small ones look like lavender and the two red ones look like phoriums.

Rub the foliage..... you will soon discover if its Lavender, I love the scent!

The plant behind the lavenders in the second photo looks like Nandina Domestica. Bit hard to tell from the photo.

Thanks, yep that is a Nandina domestica - it was the little ones I was asking about - lavender definitely seems like the consensus! Will do the smell test later!
