Bareroot Hosta's

in Plants
Hello,
I have just received some bareroot Hosta's.
They are the varieties August Moon, Francee, Wide Brim, Fortunei Hyacinthinia and Antioch.
I don't have space to plant them in the borders right now so was hoping to plant them in some pots. Any recommendations on pot size and planting depth would be appreciated as I don't have any planting instruction, many thanks.

Hi Verdun,
There isn't any green growth on the Hostas which is why I thought I would ask before planting. They are in bareroot form with just the white pointy part connected to the roots, does this need to buried or sitting proud of the soil?
Ngls - The top of the point should be above the soil, but only just exposed.
Thanks to you both
