Fluffy White Fungus

My composters have a white fluffy fungus resembling a layer of cotton wool on the surface whiuch has appeared over a period of 5 or six days. Can anyone advise what it is and what should be done with it?

eyup is that all? Ah thowt it were summat new. I can't say I have seen it quite this thick - it's almost an inch./ Could that be becausew we had a summer this week?
