monarda

Hi, I just got some Monardas sent to me from RHS and after only having them for just under a month I have thrips on them.   They're small orange ones and I don't want to use anything dangerous to insects or wildlife to get rid of them so what can I do?

Should I order some other bug to eat the thrips?  Will this prevent the monarda from flowering.  I have 6 plants.  3 are Mondarda Beauty of cobham and 3 are cambridge scarlett.

I've only been gardening for 4 years and I'm get alot of spider mites on alot of my plants but these thrips are new.  Can anyone help?
