Some of my onions are very small and whilst weeding they came out of the ground and I noticed they had little or no roots.
These were grown from sets and started in cells in the greenhouse. They were planted out about 2 months ago. Most seem healthy and are about the size of a squash ball but a few without roots are tiny.
Any suggestions please?
