Hello, 3 of these grew from the seed pack in the first pic. I'm pretty sure they are none of the plants on the packet. Anyone know what they could be? TIA
Looks like Salix caprea aka goat willow to me.
Either there were some stray seeds in the packet, or more likely, some were blown/drifted on the breeze onto the surface of the compost in the pot.
I'd get rid of them unless you have several acres to plant them in.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
