Talkback:

Our two young (3yr old) weeping willows are looking very sad ! The leaves are curled and shrivelled and look as though they are dying. What can we do? I have read somewhere that we should spray with a copper fungicide - would this help ? Advice please.

  • How close is this tree to your house or any important drains?

  • These trees are nowhere near the house or drains. They are planted in moist soil near   As pond that we made. Up until 5 yrs ago the land was just a field.

  • Sorry but I have no advice for your problem. My original question was to establish whether the best advice would be to let the tree die and /or remove it because of the potential hazard to your property. This doesn't appear to be necessary. Good luck in your search for a solution. This is a beautiful tree in the right place.
