Laurel Hedge

Hi

I have a Laurel Hedge that runs the along the front of my house. I've noticed a section in the corner is turning brown and the leaves are falling. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this. I an concerned that it might spread. What is the best course of action? Any help appreciated.
