Flowers or Shrubs

A girl at work is wanting to plant flower's or shrubs at the graveside but not to grow to high and easy maintenance and have colour for as long as possible or different plants for each season.

Thanks for your reply Verdun will let her know as i say only want's things that will flower for a while and not to high up to 12 inches in height she's going to plant bulbs for the spring time.
