growing conditions for peppers

I've had this peppers plant for 3 yrs now, indoors in the winter n bk in2 the greenhse for the summer.

Anyway it's been in the greenhse for a mth now n it's not happy at all....looks like it's about to give up n die on me!

I have'nt done anything different so I dont no where I'm going wronge?

Do they like lots of water or only a little? maybe im giveing it to much, or not enough?

Do they like full sun or shade?

Please help me if you can.
