brown / yellow spots on back of leaves - malva zebrina

hi there
My malva zebrina plants have been having these yellow / oragne spots on the back of it and it has now spread to the other side of the garden. I don't know what they are and how to treat them.
Your help are much appreciated.

Looks like hollyhock rust to me - most rusts are host specific so will only affect plants of that family.
