I think you need to be clearer about which plant you want to ID, there are a few there.
I want to say vitis cognetiae but there's an element of doubt.

Okay so i updated with a flower picture, you guys know which plant this is?
This is Sparmannia africana. A lot easier to ID when you get the flower images!
Not hardy outside in a UK winter so needs to be moved inside to somewhere frost-free very soon.
