I'll speak to you again in Spring Charliebot. You can tell me all about your plans!!!!! Seedlings and cuttings mean digging and planting! We just can't stop ourselves!

Not to mention the stickie invisible grabbers that trail you into garden centres, plant sales.

    Doomed I tell you.

Don't be planting any laurels because you won't have time to rest on them! image

You have no heart V. I can't throw plants out. That's my problem and why I spent an hour just now deadheading the man before's roses!!! image I too have a GIANT phormium down tother end....just over from the fallen tree in fact. I hate it. It's just sitting there for no reason. Feel free to come visit if you fancy a good dig to yourself. image

  • PP - what have you been growing and smoking..? image

You're lucky I'm not part of the army of the perpetually offended! I'd be straight off to tell whatsisname you were casting nasturtiums!!! FYI I grow mostly weeds and smoke nothing at all! image

I meant PP for the very idea that a garden COULD be done!

Charliebot reckons he/she's close. HaHa! I loved the replies.

The theme seemed to be...mine's done except for....

Another one is .....parts of mine are..... image

    It's brilliant!

Speaking of the army of the perpetually offended, I read a post of yours where you had blocked someone and it made a difference to the threads. I know of someone (whom I think may have blocked me for daring to advocate the use of weedkiller) and if I blocked them it would make no appreciable difference. It makes me laugh every time another inane comment appears!

I suppose it can be 'done' if you want one of those sterile garden rooms or outside space jobs but a real garden will never be done. That's the pleasure for me rather than the problem.

    In London. Keen but lazy.
  • I didn't say it was done I just stated it had pretty much looked after itself this summer, not out of choice but necessity! image
