How can I revive a wilting in house hydranger

I have a small hydranger plant indoors but am very sad but it is wilting I dont know what to do i have checked the water levels and it is moist and I have fed it some baby bio HELP ME PLEASE

    Where have you got It?-in a window?

    Take it out of the pot and inspect the root system -is it dry or soaking wet?-either is not good

    Or has something eaten the roots?

    Feeding may not be the answer
