Bolting pak choi

Having just found this forum too late it seems for my pak choi what can I do now that it has bolted although I have to say the lovely yellow flowers are very pretty. is there anything I can do?

Hi Mairimac,
Last year I started my pak choi off in the greenhouse and transplanted it into position and had the same problem. I have since read that it really does not like being transplanted and so have sown directly in the soil this year. It comes up pretty quickly and so I would suggest that you start again with some direct sowings. It is certainly not too late to start again.

Very many thanks to you Both hve taken action accorsingly today and had an albeit bijou helping of pal choi today for lunch will give it another go- easy when you know how mkey thanks ! What a great website
