Jubilee plants

We are trying to do pots in our sheltered housing complex in red white and blue for the jubilee of the coronation. We can find many suitable plants for red and white, but we are stuck on just lobelia for blue. Are there any other suggestions? They must be inexpensive and easy to find.

Argeretum is normally used for blue bedding

Aubrietia is good, although its typically bedding I think, not sure whether it would be too aggressive for a pot?
