Hi there. I purchased my ive tree last year. Thought it had coped well over winter but its not looking good  the leaves are all drying out. I water it regularly. Any ideas?

Are you watering it too much?  It won't need much water until the temperatures pick up.  Mediterranean plants can cope with low temperatures if their feet are dry - if they're cold and wet it makes them very unhappy indeed.  Stop watering and let the rootball dry out.
