What is this, please? It's one of many plants at a local honesty shop - shall I buy it?

    It looks like an alchemilla of some sort.

    Possibly Alchemilla alpina and just as much a seed weed as Alchemilla mollis.

    Could it be a Potentilla? Prob not but it looks like some I have.

    The leaves are very soft to touch, I think alchemical is probably right. I love mollis, but I assume this one won't like shade?

    It is the small growing alchemilla alpina. Quite a good behaver in my garden and quite pretty.
