A cuphea and some calibrachoa, over wintered in a cold greenhouse, and most importantly a Scabiosa Knautia Boujalais Bonnets are not showing any new growth yet - should they be? I cut them all back a bit when they'd finished last year and they look exactly the same now, stumps of woody stems and nothing else. Thank you. (I'm new to the forum, so hi)
