I've just posted some pix on the Garden Pictures thread of my clematis Etoile Violette. Nothing unusual there as this is when it's in full flow, but in front of it is a Hellebore also flowering it's head off. Normally flowers in late winter/early spring.
The pasqueflowers were also flowering a week or two ago - they flower at Easter time. Many plants in my garden which should be in flower late July/August are only in bud just now and nowhere near flowering.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I was doing a bit of tidying up today and found a primrose flowering too. And one of my hellebores has been in flower for couple of weeks! The poor flowers are all confused by the weather

Plants have been very confused this year Hefty!
Having said that, my primulas and polyanthus flowered on and off all summer last year. They haven't this year - only in spring as usual.

It's never too early or too late for a primrose

My primulas always seem to flower at this time of year and then again properly in March/April. I never complain
My primroses have been flowering for a couple of weeks now, and I have white foxgloves blooming too.
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
doesn't look like a primrose, that looks like a Primula which are used for winter bedding round here.
I got a perfect white foxglove in bloom now.
