Hi, i recently purchased this Crocosmia, i was wondering if i should plant the "bulb" part under the soil or level with the soil? thanks in advance for any help
Just put it in the garden, no need to over winter those, plant them at leat 3inches deep or they will rock if you are in a windy area. I have pulled these out of the garden, left them overwinter in a box and planted where I wanted them the following spring, they all came up. In fact it's a job to get rid of them.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
