Are my grapevines dead?

my 4 vines are on a south facing wall. They still look like twigs with no sign of buds? I know that all the plants in my garden are about a month behind because of the awful weather but should they be showing signs of life?!

I was worried about mine too,bit on very close inspection, there are just the beginnings of buds.
Same here - seems they are well behind this year.
Hopefully I get some buds soon then!
