'Yellow' young pine trees

I have a potted young pine tree grown from seed over the last 5/6 years, but it has gradually turned yellow from a beautiful blue-green colour.  Can anyone tell me if I may do something to save it as the needles are on the verge of dropping?

    Is it starving Phil? or have you potted on and fed it.

    What sort of size is it and what size of pot is it in?

    Can you do a pic Phil?

    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

    The tree is about 30" tall and the pot is double that in height and about 30-40cm in diameter.  Unable to do a picture though.
