Help with sunburnt chilli plants

Hi,

 

 Just tried to rescue my chilli seedlings from our Mini-Greenhouse, and they look pretty shrivelled! I have moved them into the cool darkness of the garage and given them a good spraying of water to rehydrate them. Anyone know if they may be salvageable or if they are a write-off? Been growing them since January so will be devastated if they are done for!
