Can I save lavender

Hi just wondering if anyone can help me, I bought a lavender plant reduced from ??18 to ??2 hoping I can save it. It is like a 2 ft high lollipop, all the leaves have withered and it's very wet. I think it's had too much water and maybe the frosts have had it, what do you think? Have I hope of saving it or is it a lost cause, what's the best thing I can do for it? Would be grateful of advise( new on here too!) thanks!

I would repot it in a 50/50 mix of grit and compost, put it in a nice sunny place and wait and see. The frost doesn't normally get them but the wet does. Still, you maybe lucky* !!
