Sick Taxus Baccata - Yew bush

Hi - one of my 6ft yew's planted last autmun looks like its dying off.  All the others are fine. Is there anyhting I can do to bring it back from the dead?  Just wait it out or remove?

If there's any sign of life I'd cut it back so the roots don't have so much top growth to support. Make sure it doesn't dry out but don't keep it wet and then keep your fingers crossed
