Hi all, I bought this at one of the gardens we visited this week. The owner doesn't know its name. The original came from East Ruston. It's a pea, the owner labelled it pea tree and he thinks it has yellow flowers.

I wonder if it's Piptanthus nepalensis but not sure about this.

Any ideas?

Just as well it didn't happen in a couple of weeks' time when we're bombing down the motorway on our way to Cornwall - have to look on the bright side image

  • If it is Piptanthus you need to guard it against slug and snail attack, they love that plant.
