Salino, I've now found on another thread that if you click on "edit" the photos disappear when you "save changes". You have to re-do them.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Right let's see if the photo issue has been solved.  My pussy willow has huge catkins on and loads of pollen.  It does look good against a blue sky.

Oh no they haven't!  Ah well here in miniature is the dazzling colour in my garden this lovely spring morning - warm. calm. blue skies wall to wall in Bristol on St. George's Day.

I took my camera to the Bristol Univ. Botanic Garden yesterday to capture the beauty of the magnolia flowers with the threat of frost once more on the horizon!

Marion - snap ! - I have just been out taking pictures of mine now.  Not in their full glory yet, but the frost tonight could turn them to mush .

Marion-can I move in with you? Fed up of the hail and sleet we have here today..image

The photo thing is annoying isn't it? I've taken a couple but not tried to load them yet -will maybe try later.

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
