Pumpkin problem

My pumpkins keep producing lots of flowers, which wither and die, but so far no fruit. The plants are very healthy, with lots of growth and flowers. Has anybody else experienced this? My squash seems to be suffering from the same problem.

Plus, obviously, you need both male and female flower. Frustratingly, male flowers just about always outnumber females.
