Can anyone help. I planted garlic bulbs last October. No signs of growth at the moment.

In the previous year they were pushing though the ground by now.

I am wondering if it is becauses of the cold and wet, and are they going to appear at all.

Is it to late to plant again.

They may have rotted in the ground due to the weather. And I think you should probably wait a week or so to plant new ones, but they should be fine.

P.S. I'm not an expert, so I may be wrong, but I'm sure if I am someone will correct me image

Dig one up say from the middle of the row to see what is happening, when freeze has stopped.

It may be that you planted them late, It may be cold and wet

It may be that you need patience.

You did buy them from a GC or similar and not from a supermarket for eating?
