Plants turning yellow

Hi All my plants are grown in tubs, but over the last month a lot of my plants are turning a very pale yellow. Could it be blight ? Any tips are welcome !

I mix 2 parts Levingtons and 1 part john innes no3.

Maybe I have overfed them and it has rained so much here in Liverpool over the last month they can't cope.
