Re Positioning

Hiya, can anyone tell a novice gardener if you can move Geraniums in the garden when they have been planted for a few weeks. I have found that were I planted them has been taken over with other shrubs and they are in the shade and hidden. They haven't yet flowered and don't seem to be growing compared to my other Geraniums in other parts of the garden. Thanks.

    I think they are pelagoniums if that means they don't last over winter in the garden. Is that what it means?image
