Raspberries

This year my red Raspberries are being eaten by wasps, they are not eating the yellow ones for some reason. They are in a fruit cage so I was thinking of getting a finer mesh to stop them. So my question is do Raspberries and blackcurrants need bees for pollination?

Netting after fruit formation is a good idea ! Thanks for that.

The picking isnt a problem at the moment as they have all been eaten.
