I don't have those roses but do have a floribunda rose in my garden margaret merrill rose smells lovely

Eh??Jan is asking about pronunciation-I think perhaps, maybe
I wonder if Jan is referring to the difference in pronunciation on GW on Friday? Monty referred to them (correctly) as hyBRID T while the gardener at Hever Castle sounded like he was calling them hyBRED T.
I noticed that too, was it just his accent?
I've heard them referred to as hyBRED before but was surprised to hear it from a 'proper gardener'.
