That's what I'd say too.
I know an easy test for nettle
In the sticks near Peterborough
Keep a dock leaf handy!!! nutcutlet
Recycled compost ?
I send all my seeding nettles to recycling too, along with bindweed , creeping buttercups and thistles. I am not going to pay to get them back.
Me neither Fidget
It doesn't sting and it looks nothing like a nettle! as I've got nettles further in my garden, I'll let it grow up bit more , thanks everyone
It looks as much like a stinging nettle seedling as anything I've ever seen, and I'm someone who's seen a great number of stinging nettle seedlings - take a look here http://www.pestid.msu.edu/weeds-and-plant-identification/stinging-nettle-urtica-dioica/
When I enlarge and zoom in I can even see the little hairs, that when they're big enough, will certainly give you 'nettle rash'.
OK cheers I'll get rid
