There are seeds on eBay if you have no luck in finding a supplier of growing plants.

When I worked in Homebase we had them as house plants occasionally so maybe worth checking if you have a store locally

I have a kalanchoe in my kitchen that I bought in Tesco and I saw some recently either in Tesco or B&Q but I don't know if it's thyrsiflora.
