photinia red robin

I,ve 4 or 5 large (6ft) photinia red robin shrubs, all are looking beautiful with their red/ green foliage apart from one,the leaves are all droopy and thinning out. Any answers out there ? There was a strong smell of cats wee there but I can.t see that being the problem as there so well established.
