Again, from my new garden, any help in identifying this white flowered shrub would be appreciated. Currently, it is about 1m high and, during the winter, its leaves were rather red. Thanks in advance!

Hebe brachysiphon? Itea virginica? I'm no good on leaves differences - just my instant reaction to the tail like flowers!

I think it's Itea, the flowers seem too long for Hebe.
I don't know iteas but that's not a hebe with those leaves.
