ID two pests please

Firstly my borage plant is on death's doors due to a tiny black tick-like looking bug, which appears to have been sucking the plants sap. In combination with the period of gusty winds and heavy rains my borage is in a sorry state. I'm tempted to buy another one as there's hardly any pollinators about in my garden at the moment and my runner beans are suffering (only 6 pods so far)
The other pest is a tiny red bug that looks similar to the aphid, but has been attacking my newly germinated iris plants.
If anyone could offer some suggestions as to what they could be and any solutions/advice without use of pesticides. Cheers.
