I made the comfrey fertiliser , it really stunk I watered it down using about an inch in each bucket . Sadly some of my plants have stared going yellow on the leaves and not thriving . Has this damaged them .

You shouldn't really feed plants or seedlings in the propagation stages, that's for big plants that may have outgrown the goodness in the compost they have been in for a while. Is this what you mean or have I misunderstood ?
