Tomato plant maintenance

Hi, me again with tomato questions. My plants are are now just over 4ft high with lots of flowering branches (are they called trusses?) they have baby toms, approx thumbnail size on some. My question now is, am I supposed to stop them getting too tall? I thought I read somewhere that they should only have a certain amount of flowering trusses and then be 'stopped' if that is the case and mine have too many does it reduce my crop?

If your'e growing outside Meomye, then it's normal to stop them at 4 trusses. In GH you stop at 6. You can feed them now as well if small fruit has formed.
