what is this grass?

Hello,

I would be grateful if someone can tell me what is this grass growing in a corner of our garden please? it is rough and looks dark green and in clumps. Our guinea pigs do not like them either.

not sure to leave them or get rid of it?

Any suggestions and ideas please

    hello all,

    any more ideas? shall I get rid of this grass? if so what is the best method please?

    Could be couch grass or of that ilk. dig out or weedkill.

    Thanks #Edd now I wll try to get rid of them, not sure how it got to our patch though. wonder whether it came with grass seeds I used...
