Unexpected Astilbe

A while ago I planted some summer bulbs and corms in the garden, when i checked on them the other day I noticed that in amongst them was something that looks a lot like an Astilbe. Does anyone know if they self seed (I have one already in the garden but it is a good six feet away)?

    Thanks for the quick response, I'll leave it and see what happens. I think I'm just still surprised when I find anything growing that's not ivy or bamboo!
