Hi. I found this today and cannot identify as friend or foe.

Checked on ladybird larvae but unsure.

Can anyone help please?

    Pic's a bit blurry, but I think it's a Bishop's Mitre Shield Bug http://www.gardensafari.net/en_picpages/aelia_acuminata.htm  quite common, not a problem, but it would be happier outdoors, pop it into some grassy undergrowth in the garden. image

    Thank you... Just wasn't sure.

    If it was an aphid eater I'd have left it be...

    Out the door he goes...

    FYI..

    He was a jumper... A real pair of strong legs on him, like a big flea.. Eeewww.

    Gone now. Better out than in, one feels...
