Confederate Jasmine

I'm not sure what's going on with my confederate jasmine but it looks terrible. Red and yellow leaves that are falling off. The green leaves are light instead of dark green and a lot of them are covered in brown spots. It looked great up until about a month ago. It bloomed and was growing well. It seems to have stopped growing now also.
