here is my olive tree which i planted out in the ground last june. Im suprised by how much it has grown already. It did have some really tiny fruits on it but perhaps that could have been because it was grown somewhere hot. here is hoping for some fruits this year even though i dont actually like olives. From what i read on the internet there hardy down to about -10c if my memory serves me correct

Mine flower and fruit - kept in a pot outside - but I do have two one each side of back door.
NB the process of making the fruit edible if you have olives is not very straightforward.
I think to get fruit they need a bit more warmth than we can offer-but they are remarkably hardy and in my experience do not need winter protection
