Sam - I think it could even be considered rude if you didn't order some seeds image and at least you're not buying shoes, clothes and other far more expensive things image

    its like they're taunting us..

buy one get one free - free postage - buy 1 get 2 free - we will come and plant them for you.

I mean we are helping the economy by spending in the UK so don't feel bad about taking up these offers.

Oh, and by the way, just in case you haven't already worked it out I'm with you Sam

I do run out of space in my plastic greenhouses and some times end up using the house, more when you end up potting on the seedlings to bigger pots/ cells or even just because I want to sow more seeds.

I do sometimes go for offers off emails or from garden mags ocatalogue - good for seeds but sometimes plants are only small

Sam. Today I remembered a book that I think would be useful for you - re growing things in pots. It is called Grow with Joe by Joe Maiden. I went on a course at Harlow Carr that he did. He is a big advocate of growing things in pots. Also been to his nursery. Just a couple of miles from here. Grows mammoth onions in buckets. image
  • Really sue? Fab image I will look it up. Thanks.
