Nasturtiums

Is the 'Empress of India' a strain of nasturtium prone to disease? I'm not sure if its rust but there's a brownish discolouration to leaves before they shrivel up and die. Its very disappointing as all the Empress have it but doesn't seem to affect nasturtium 'Tom Thumb' which I've got too.

I'm growing them and their leaves are fine. Perhaps they got sprayed with something?I'd check and see if they have too much/too little water. Sorry I can't be of more help.
