    I agree.  It looks like a montana to me.

    Its spreads right across his fence you can't see it on the photo but it must be about 20ft does montana do that

    Oh yes that's what a Montana does! image covered our entire garage when I was hound, you just drove the car in a hole in the front of the plant!

  • I too have a Clematis montana Grandiflora 'alba' and it provides a roof and walls on a quite large pergola, with hardly a gap to be seen.

    I've been looking for a plant like this to cover my fence at the bottom of my garden i'm growing sweetpeas at the moment but i don't think i'll get this affect with the sweetpeas but we'll see
