Any help on what this is?

Could anybody help identify the potential problem on these leaves?

 

 

 It is on a few leaves of multiple plants, all tomato's.

Could it be magnesium deficiency. I've had pelargoniums in pots for a couple of seasons and that's what they suffered from. I believe my problem was caused by constantly watering with tomato food which locks up other minerals. The solution is Epsom salts apparently.
